Hand Painted Orchid Silk Flower

My item arrived very late and DAMAGED beyond repair!!! As a long time and very high volume Amazon customer I was appalled that this seller did not even reply to my initial emails asking about the shipping status, and neither the seller nor Amazon have replied to my emails informing them that this item arrived FOLDED DOWN UNTO ITSELF in such a way that forced its branches to SNAP OFF! -- So it was broken in the box before I even removed it.

What really PISSES ME OFF more than anything is that this seller had the AUDACITY to respond to my initial feedback (see seller profile) by LYING and stating that I never even contacted him/her and also saying that many attempts were made to deliver this to a BUSINESS...but I live in an apartment complex and the tracker clearly shows that the package was in transit with ZERO prior delivery attempts before it actually arrived, much later than promised.

This ranks as THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've had on Amazon over the years.

I also hold Amazon partially responsible because they did not follow through on my A-Z Guarantee claim, which is highly unusual.

This makes me rethink future purchases from Amazon, but it definitely makes want to let all potential customers know about this highly unscrupulous seller.

I would have loved to update my seller profile feedback post with this information, but Amazon only allows you to DELETE it and not revise it, which really is a terrible policy when you think about it, since it gives the seller the last word -- and allows them to lie without being challenged!

EXTREMELY frustrating, and a shame since the item was actually quite lovely, too bad the flowers were snapped off because of the way the seller folded/forced them down.

I guess I could take the matter up with my credit card company and do a charge back, but I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!
